On October 19, 2023, Moharimet Elementary School hosted its annual Pumpkin Stroll. Students of all grade levels contributed to the event by decorating the school's classrooms, hallways, and carved pumpkins for the event. Each year, the pumpkins for the event are grown and harvested by the students.
Students, parents, caregivers, staff, and community members were invited to enjoy a whimsical stroll on school grounds. Guests were able to admire hundreds of glowing jack-o-lanterns carved by students. Family and friends enjoyed music and storytelling around a bonfire. Popcorn, apple cider, and baked goods were also available.
40 volunteers were required to support the carving activity, and many more for the event itself. The school administration would like to warmly thank its generous volunteers and remarkable PTO for creating this memorable occasion.
Moharimet "Pumpkin Edition" t-shirts are available for purchase. T-shirts can be purchased for $15 at the front office.
