Our free November 4, 2024, Signs of Suicide (SOS) program is offered on for families of middle school students only.
Childcare is available for registered guests for the program's duration. Please register to save your spot.
- Location: Rooms 212 and 213 Ocean (dark blue staircase) at the Oyster River Middle School (1 Coe Dr, Durham, NH 03824)
- 6:00- 7:00 p.m.
- Childcare will be provided by provided by the Student Leadership Committee in the Gym
- Cider and donuts will be provided
Signs of Suicide (SOS) is an evidence-based program used in classrooms around the country. Through video, guided discussion, and skill building, our 7th and 8th graders learn to recognize signs of depression and suicide in themselves or a friend and to seek help from trusted adults.
Come spend time with ORMS counselors to learn how you can help prevent suicide in our community.
