On December 10 and 11, 2024, Mast Way School welcomed celebrated author Matt Forrest Esenwine for two inspiring days of storytelling and creativity. Students across all grade levels participated in dynamic presentations that explored the joys and challenges of crafting stories and bringing them to life through publishing.

Esenwine captivated the audience with engaging anecdotes about his journey as an author, his love for books, and his lifelong fascination with dinosaurs—a theme that resonated deeply with many young listeners.

Throughout the presentations, students discovered the power of storytelling to spark imagination and learned how illustrations enhance narratives, making them more vivid and impactful. These conversations left students energized, ready to unleash their own creativity and embrace the magic of stories.
