On March 20, 2025, Oyster River Middle School (ORMS) staff and students hosted their annual celebration in honor of the arts and humanities, Humanities Night.

The evening, supported by the ORMS PTO, volunteers, and community members was filled with creative activities such as basket weaving, origami peace cranes, mandala sand art, bookmark paperclip creation, and pottery.

In the Learning Commons, students performed songs as staff, students, and community partners shared resources for families and community members. Guests were invited to participate in a silent auction featuring student and staff artwork.

On the second floor, guests were delighted with live music played by middle school orchestra students, food samples, robotics demonstrations, and art exhibitions. Coffee Connection served the creative beverage it is known for, and classrooms were available for guests to explore.

"Our staff and students outdid themselves again and delivered a memorable evening", said Principal Sullivan. "I am thankful to our volunteers, PTO, community, and everyone who attended to support the evening."
