To be eligible for tryouts:

1. Register for the sport on FinalForms
2. Have a current physical on file with nurse/athletic dept.
3. Be in good academic standing
4. Transfering to Oyster River? Complete this form and return to Mr. Lathrop
5. Exchange Student? Email Mr. Lathrop

The only hard copy form we will now need is a copy of your current physical. Physicals are good for 2 years to the date of the exam.
